MiluimTech was founded with a vision to bridge the gap between the Israeli high-tech ecosystem and the dedicated reservists miluimnikim who serve to protect us. ​
Inspired by the challenges faced by miluimnikim returning from reserve duty to difficult work environments or struggling to find jobs in a tough job market, we are committed to creating a more inclusive and supportive high-tech ecosystem.
Our Story
MiluimTech was founded by friends and miluimnikim who felt firsthand the challenges of returning to work after reserve duty. Our first event was in April 2024, a job fair together with the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and 100s of miluimnikim. Today, MiluimTech is working with high-tech's biggest names with one goal in mind to support miluimnikim as they find their place in high-tech.
