Cafe Ba’Hazor

A large-scale networking initiative designed to connect miluimnikim with leaders across the Israeli high-tech ecosystem. In its second year running, Café Ba’Hazor facilitated 2,500 matches within two months, bringing together more than 800 tech leaders alongside thousands of reservists to create meaningful professional connections at scale.

Built around simple in-person conversations, the initiative enables knowledge sharing, career support, and community building. At its core, Café Ba’Hazor turns the act of “meeting for coffee” into a structured, high-impact network for those balancing reserve duty and career growth.

After a year of reserve duty, demanding work, and life on turbo, this gathering offered a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

We opened the new year in a simple, refreshing way: no speeches or panels, just a Tel Aviv sunset, good food, and meaningful networking between reservists and high-tech leaders.

Made possible thanks to Playtika and Eran’s Angels, the event brought together our community for genuine conversations and new connections.

Miluim Shoalim

A series of 50 intimate roundtable sessions, each hosted by a different tech company, covering a range of topics from marketing to programming. The initiatives helped reservists expand their professional networks, gain industry insights, and reintegrate into their respective field’s community.

MiluimTech Networking Event

A large-scale networking event bringing together 600+ attendees, including senior tech executives and members of the MiluimTech community, to foster meaningful connections and exchange ideas. The event served as an accessible bridge between Israel’s high-tech leadership and reservists.

Cafe Ba’Hazit

In partnership with Aroma, MiluimTech facilitated 2,500+ one-on-one coffee meetings between reservists and senior executives from top tech companies like NVIDIA, Meta, Microsoft, and HiBob. This sparked genuine conversations, lasting relationships, and a clear message that high-tech leaders value reservists’ service.
